Rays ice cream is a female owned and powered, Italian style artisan gelato maker, based in the southwest of England. We focus on high quality organic ingredients to make our array of signature and bespoke flavours.

Established in 2011, the business supplies to our ice cream shop, our wonderful wholesale businesses and at many fantastic events around the UK.
